How long does a website take?
Starter and Growth sites are built in 7 days once we have your content, logo and approvals. Larger Authority projects get a timeline agreed after the audit.
Who owns the website?
You do. The domain is registered in your name, and the website files and all content are yours. If you ever leave, you take everything with you.
How much does hosting cost?
Very little. Our sites are lightweight, so for most small businesses hosting costs little or nothing beyond your domain name. We confirm all running costs in your quote, and our Care plan covers hosting management, updates and monitoring if you would rather not deal with it.
Do you build on WordPress?
No. We hand-build lightweight websites that load faster, have far fewer security risks and need no plugins or plugin licences. We can move your existing WordPress site over, with redirects so your old links keep working.
Is there a contract?
Website builds are one-off projects. The Local and Growth SEO retainers have a 6-month minimum, because local SEO takes time to compound. After that they run month to month. The Care plan is month to month from day one.
What is in the monthly report?
Mobile speed scores, uptime, Google Search Console clicks and top search queries, Google Business Profile views, calls and direction requests, what we did that month and what we will do next. All in plain English.
